This past Saturday on October 2, the incredible team of Century 21 Miller agents made up of Liz Polak, Eric Weng, Vishal Kapoor, and last but not least, the broker of record himself, Bill Miller has scaled down the Choice Properties REIT building in Toronto in the name of Easter Seals Canada. The Easter Seals Drop Zone Toronto event has raised over $82,000 as of today and donations are still coming in!
We'd like to thank our team for their courage and efforts, as well as our sponsors and everyone that has made a donation towards this noble cause, and we look forward to participating in many more events for Easter Seals Canada in the future!
Q: Why was it important for you and the Century 21 Miller team to be here today?
A: Well, we’ve been supporting Easter Seals for as long as we can remember, even before they came into Ontario. I think it’s a great cause, and we do a great deal of work for them. It’s not just about the kids, I know it’s important for them to be able to go to camp, but I think a lot of people tend to forget how important it is for the parents, and in a lot of cases a single parent. I find that sometimes when they put them to camp, they don’t know what to do with their free time that week, they never get a chance to travel, never been on a train or plane, and I think it’s just as important for them to get some time off to enjoy their lives as well.
